(St. Paul, MN – 5/14/2008)–– “Best of the US” Management and All Sports Productions, Inc. invite the triathletes of the Land of Opportunity to race at the sixth annual OZARK VALLEY TRIATHLON / BEST OF THE US ARKANSAS QUALIFIER, a popular sprint course event at Lake Wedington Recreation Area near Fayetteville on June 22.
The number of talented triathletes in Arkansas is on the rise. Some of those we hope to see on June 22 are Angie Cody, Debra Dunn, Mike Fakult, Stacy Fennell, Ted Herget, Chadd Jarrett, Erik Leamon, Robert Mooney, John Owen, John Pankey, 2006 USAT Junior of the Year Willy Pickhardt, Anna Sanders (Who is one of the best-kept secrets in American triathlon!), Gary Taylor (2007 AR BOUS Representative), Beau Theriot and Krissa Torian.
The fastest male and female resident amateurs will receive invitations to represent Arkansas at the “Best of the US National Championship” on October 26 at Tempe Towne Lake in Tempe, AZ.
