(St. Paul, MN – 6/25/2008)–– “Best of the US” Management and Mark Livesay and his team from Ultramax Events invite the triathletes of the Show Me State to race in the 6th annual QUARTERMAX TRIATHLON / BEST OF THE US MISSOURI QUALIFIER at the Innsbrook Resort near St. Louis on Saturday, August 2.
Missouri has many talented triathletes. Female standouts include Helen Alexander-Kratz, Anna Assenmacher, Mary Blandford, Karla Lang, Kristin Moore, Jennifer Meyer, Nikki Reed, Sarah Sumner, Mary Sundy, Jill Tillman, Christy Usher and Molly Vetters-Smith. The fastest male and female resident amateurs will receive invitations to represent Missouri at the “Best of the US National Championship” on October 26 at Tempe Towne Lake in Tempe, AZ. Any combination of the abovementioned male and female triathletes will insure a strong presence for Missouri at the Championship.
